I'll have a review for this comic up at the blog on Saturday. I gave it a score of 3 1/2 out of 10, so that should tell you how I felt about this one...

Horrible. Horrible start to the series, I chucked maybe twice, if that through the entire issue, no explanation whatsoever over the fallout of Deadpool being cured, when it would've took literally one extra line to say "I was cure but it didn't work, so now I'm back to blah blah blah" and thats it... I'm dropping this after one issue, so... thats my two cents.

Awwww noooo... You're dropping DP already, JT?  You know, tbh, I may drop it as well. I mean honestly, I really doubt the writers are gonna suddenly get better for issue #2, if anything, they would have brought their A game for the first issue. If THIS was their best, I don't think I want to see anything more! |

Yup, you've convinced me, I'm dropping this series when I hit the comic shop on Wednesday. I'll replace DP with FF since I'm already planning on getting Fantastic Four. So yep, ONE issue in and I'm done with this one. And I've suffered through A LOT of bad DP stories and always stuck with it. Take a bow, Duggan and Posehn. You guys earned it! And yes, I still laugh at that clip. I guess that makes me a bad person...  |

Thats pretty sad... hell you still buy Red Hood and the Outlaws, thats how you know this issue was virtually unenjoyable, to us anyway. And yeah, you're a horrible person/

EXACTLY! If I'm willing to buy the Adventures of Jason Todd in Space, that shows how high my tolerance for garbage is! And here I am, dropping this series. That goes to show a) how awful I thought this issue was, and b) how little hope I have for this series with these writers! And you know it! |
