When Thor was a younger god, he learned of some sort of god-killer. Fast-forward to the present and Thor comes across a planet without gods, mainly because the god-killer from his past had killed those gods. Next we fast-forward to the future where an old Thor is the last god in Asgard and is preparing to meet the god-killer and his minions in battle. This comic was okay, although I could have done without the future version of the story since it cheapens the story in the present. Yes, I get that the god-killer isn't gonna kill Thor in the present(not in his first storyline!), but showing him alive in the future is kind of annoying to me. It makes me feel this story isn't important because both Thor and the god-killer will meet again in the distant future. I'll give this issue a 6 1/2 out of 10. It was good, but not as good as almost all of the other Marvel Now! books I've picked up thus far.
