Um, so wait, Cole(and ALL of the conduits/mutants) DIES at the end of the good version of the game?! Really? That seems to really hurt the chances of there being an InFamous 3! I mean, InFamous 1 sold REALLY well, I'm a bit baffled by the ending... I guess the lightning strike at the end was supposed to mean that maybe Cole would come back, but still, weird... I haven't finished the game as a villain yet, so I don't know how it ends(nor do I want to until I beat it!), but the good ending was pretty strange...

I of course haven't played this but that ending shocked me, I mean... It just seemed so... weird. When I read it the first thing I thought is why would they do that, but maybe they have a bigger plan in mind? And the Evil finish... yeah... I'll be very interested in your thoughts on that.

The only thing I can say is that at the VERY end of the game, right before it fades to black, there's a lightning strike, so maybe that signifies that Cole ISN'T dead? Yeah, why kill that character off, the series is WAY sussessful... That's just weird.
As for the evil ending, I've still got ways to go! Between this awesome forum, comics and the blog, I'm still a bit away from completing the game a second time...

Speaking of games, my WWE All-Stars came today and I love it so far, it's a ton of fun. And yeah, I could see that signifying that Cole may still be kicking, but either way it seems like such a weird ending, especially if you're a good guy. That's be like a Superman movie ending with Supes dead...

Sweet! Throw a thread up for it! Exactly! They went with the whole, "He nobly sacrificed himself to save millions" route, but still...
