Yeah, so I think Bucky deserves a thread, just like he deserves to still be Captain America! So with this being an appreciation thread, I should get with the whole appreciation thing... Let's see, my favorite Bucky moment would have to be directly after Steve Rogers "died" and Bucky decided he was going to hunt down and kill Tony Stark, since he(as did many comic fans, myself included) saw Steve's "death" as a direct result of Stark's power grab.
Hell, pretty much Ed Brubaker's entire Captain America run could easily be mentioned in this thread though, because Brubaker is the man, plain and simple. I'm still impressed that he took one of Marvel's "untouchables"(Bucky, Uncle Ben and Mar-Vell were all characters I never expected to see return to life ever), and brought him seamlessly back into the Marvel Universe, without screwing over tons of other characters... Well except for Nomad I guess... Anywho, Bucky rules, now and forever!!!

Yeah, I remember when I first started getting into comics around 5-7 years ago, that I was told that there was "dead" like Superman where everyone knew he would come back within a short period of time, and then that there was "dead" like Gwen Stacy, Uncle Ben, Jason Todd, and Bucky Barnes. Well, shortly after I started reading comic trade books, both Jason Todd and Bucky Barnes came back to life. I am glad that they both were revived, but I am still awaiting the day where Uncle Ben and Gwen Stacy show up acting like everything is fine and dandy!

Ah yes, I forgot about Gwen! She's another character from my youth that I never thought would come back. Maybe the Spidey characters are immune to the whole resurrection thing? I mean for Uncle Ben, I can't see what his return could add, since he's the main reason Spidey became a dutiful hero and not a money hungry celebrity. But Gwen? In the right storyline, I wouldn't be shocked.
