This comic is kind of in a weird holding pattern right now. Now Andrew is the big bad guy and Mary is the hero. Every few issues they seem to flip roles, and it's a bit annoying. I want to read about Andrew as the vampire who wants to do good, even though he has evil urges. Now he's just pure evil and running around with that damned annoying Tig. At least next issue should bring things to a head since Andrew and Mary and gonna battle(probably). 6 out of 10.

....in just a few sentences you've pretty much stated the reasons why I can't get back into this series. I do a quick peek at the shop and politely put it right back on the shelf. This was a title that had so much potential and still hasn't been a strong series.

Yeah, this is a book that I sadly don't expect to last much longer. It had such promise and then... Blah.

If it does last for the long run, they'll need to come up with some interesting things. Because that stuff with the Van Helsings.....disappointment. It's like I know they don't wanna go the twilight and cliche vampire tale...the stuff they're doing isn't much better. They have the most annoying character still hanging around...I dont get it.

Yep, it was the Van Helsings and Andrew becoming Super-Vampire that made me lose some interest in this series, Lisha. What was wrong with Andrew as the good vampire and Mary as the evil vampire, with the two having unresolved feelings for each other? That was working out just fine for me! No, now Mary is depowered, Andrew is crazy and Tig is still here... Ugh.

I think I had to read the issue with the Van Helsings attacking three times just because I couldn't get into it. And The love/hate relationship Mary and Andrew had is what made me love the series. It was cool to see the female in a vampire tale the evil one. Now they just switching it all up, Andrew died and came back a total lunatic lol, and Tig, I wish someone would drive a steak through her.

Yep, that was exactly what drew me into this series, Lisha. The relationship between Andrew and Mary and the fact that it was Mary who was the evil one. It was a nice twist. Now, we have Andrew as the bad guy and Mary as the hero. And Tig as the pest.... Blah.

You let me know what issue they take Tig out, and I mean brutally, daggers knives, the works. I will buy it just to take that panel out and frame it lol.
