Hey, another issue of this series I enjoyed! I like the main villain here, Necro(sp?) especially since he has a personal link to Zatanna and Constantine(as seen in the #0 issue, one of the few #0's that led to something). No complaints here, well, except that next week a JLD annual is dropping... I hate having to pick up an annual to read the end of this story... 7 1/2 out of 10

I ALMOST started to get this again. But then I remember how every other arc I just really disliked. :\ lol.

Since the writer change, this series has actually been pretty strong. I was thisclose to dropping it, but it's been pretty good, Lisha. The current storyline is ending with the upcoming annual, maybe you could give issue #14 a shot? That is if it stays good!

Lol be my luck that the series gets bad again lol. Seems everytime I give it another try it gets good and goes bad lol. I'll give it another look.  |

Man, I REALLY hope this series doesn't do a nosedive again! The next issue(#14) should start a new storyline(since the current storyline ends in an annual), so here's hoping it's good!

I'll take a peek at my copy of Previews to see what #14 is about. I really want to love this series but DC won't allow it.  Damn writers lol. |

The annual was okay... I read it last night and will probably throw some thoughts up for it here later on tonight. It does look like the events from the annual are going to spin into issue #14 though.

I would say it safe to jump into JLD 14 again since the only thing you have to know is that this kid
Tim Hunter was destined to own the books of Magic and when he opened transported all the JLD members to an alternate world/future/whatever where magics doesn't exist and nothing more..
