So this was the Madame X issue of National Comics. Out of the three National Comics I've read thus far? This was easily the weakest. It had something to do with voodoo and junkies and a crooked politician and his crazy wife. I doubt I'll ever be pulling this one out to read again... 5 out of 10.

The one comic I forgot this week, hit them up had em put it in our pull box and you give it a 5 lol. I dont know if I want it any more!!! How did you like the second issue, "Looker"? With the super model vampire lol.

I liked Looker. I loved Eternity and I enjoyed Rose and Thorn a lot. But this one didn't really do anything for me like the other three did. If I was ranking the issues I'd go Eternity, Rose and Thorn, Looker(although Looker and Rose and Thorn and pretty close) and this one at a distant forth. Hopefully you enjoy this one a bit more than I did, Lisha!

I think I missed Eternity, but I did get Looker. Loooved it! Rose and Thorn left me wanting MORE!!! So I was really pissed at that issue lol. That could be a series I would love to read. I'll have to see if the shop has Eternity. And goofy me forgot to ask for Madame X I had them hold for me lol. -smh- Must not have wanted it that bad after reading what you thought lol.

With the exception of this one, the other three National Comics have been SO GOOD, Lisha!! I would buy a series for Rose and Thorn, Looker OR Eternity! And you know how negative I've been on DC! That's how high I am on those stories! This series has been a huge pleasant surprise, here's hoping we actually, you know, see these characters pop up again! I mean look at all the exclamation points I'm using!  |

Lol I dont think I've seen such excitement from you for a DC title post New 52 lol. So here's hoping it stays really good. I'm hoping with this they can do the math, see the sales, and possibly make one a mini series or hell on going series. I mean either one of those three sound like a good solid series. Especially Rose and Thorn.

Exactly. I have to think they're doing this series to see if any of the characters gain fans, then they can give them a mini, or stick them on a team. Rose and Thorn(or Looker) would work in a Birds of Prey type of book. Eternity would fit with the JLD 100%. So they CAN do something with these characters, but the question is, will they?
